This may seem like a simple activity but when you unpack, you are already accepting the fact that vacation is already over and that is the first step on curing your hangover. If you really wish to go back to how things were, then it is best that you start removing all your dirty clothes from the suitcase and start placing it in your dirty laundry hamper. If you have enough energy, then go the extra mile and do the laundry too. Now, that's how you beat vacation hangover.

Okay, this one tip will require less of your energy so this is a lot easier thing to do than the tip given above. If you have jet lag, the best thing that you can do is to watch the shows and news that you have missed while you are on vacation. Not only will it help you to do something productive while you still have travel sickness-- it will also help you to be updated about the events that took place while you are out having fun. Now, that will surely help you to get out of your travel trance.
Exercise.
This may seem like a tedious thing to do after a trip but doing this will certainly get rid of any lazy bones that you have in your body. In addition to that, it will give you a boost of energy and it will make you sleep better at night (goodbye jet lag!). Above all. It will help you lose the extra calories that you have gained from eating too many delicious foods during your trip.
After your vacation, there are surely some post vacation to do's that you need to check off. Sadly, not all of us are already open to the idea of working right after a vacation. The very first thing that you need to do is cure your vacation hangover by following the tips mentioned above and you will surely have the energy and willpower to do the things that you need to do to get back on track.
